Organization and activities of the public authorities and administrations in rural societies of the Dagestan region in the second half of the nineteenth century

The article considers the issues of organization and activities of the public authorities and administrations in rural societies of the Dagestan region in the second half of the nineteenth century. As is well known, there was introduced the military-national system and there was formed the Dagestan region into Dagestan in the second half of the nineteenth century. There was replaced the system of public authorities and administration in the whole, as well as the structure in fiefdoms not only, but in rural societies too. The article discusses the issues of the Dagestan rural societies' adaptation to the Russian legislation in the second half of the nineteenth century.
