The differences in the organization of regulation of public procurement in foreign countries, including the UK, France, Spain, Portugal, Poland, the EU and Eastern Europe, the USA, Canada and the Republic of Korea are considered. The features of the functioning of the information support and analysis system in the public procurement system are reflected. The methodology of evaluation of public procurement of the World Bank is characterized as fundamental.
