The organization and modern methods of primary preventive anti-drug activities in the educational environment of higher schools

The article considers the results of the monitoring of drug use situation and drug use prevention at higher educational institutions in one of the biggest subjects of the Russian Federation - the Krasnoyarsk region. The research was carried out by the staff of the Siberian Law Institute of Russian Federal Drug Control Service. The author offers a set of preventive measures developed by using a systems approach, and the implementation of this set will significantly reduce the level of drug abuse among young people at educational institutions.
