The article deals with the organizational and technological aspects of foreign trade operations in the wheat market. The author outlined the main trends in the development of world and Russian wheat markets, studied organizational forms, the problems of trade in this type of raw materials in the foreign market, and outlined technological features of foreign trade in the wheat market.
