The article deals with organization of the college teachers' innovative activities by arrangement of the educational conditions for it. Basing upon the theoretic research and synthesis of the methodological literature, the author discusses areas of the educational activities, which are innovative according to the Federal state educational standards for secondary vocational education. The author also defines educational conditions conception. The organization of the stated educational conditions promotes teachers' innovative activities and coordinated cooperation of all the participants of the educational process.
