Organization of innovative regional clusters of international importance in St. Petersburg

The level of development of clusters in Saint-Petersburg is considered. The models of organization of industrial clusters in the world and the possibility of their application in regional clusters in Northern Capital are analyzed. The authors evaluate the regional innovation clusters in Saint-Petersburg. The region''s specialization ratio is calculated. The positive opportunities for further growth of Saint-Petersburg economy via stimulating cluster policy are revealed.
