Organization of internet communications in the sphere of government

Improving the efficiency of public administration in the context of digital transformation of society involves building a new model of public administration based on the principles of transparency, openness, participation, responsibility, efficiency, broad public participation in public decision-making and the formation of information and communication competence. The degree of openness of state management structures is one of the most common indicators of the level of development of the country, and allows civil society institutions to get an adequate idea and form a judgment about the effectiveness of public administration. The article presents the results of cross-country comparisons of the development of electronic, open governments. The requirements for information distributed by public authorities in social networks, the directions of further development of Internet communications in the field of public administration are defined.
