Properly staffing for the leading sectors of the region's economy (on the example of the energy industry)

The article examines the current staffing issues in the energy industry of the Kamchatka Krai; the functioning features of the industry in the Kamchatka Krai are described; the two largest Kamchatka electricity companies staffing problems are analyzed; possible solutions to the current difficulties in the energy industry of the Kamchatka Krai are presented.
