Organization as a management function

The article considers the definition of organization as a function of management. A function in management is a special type of managerial activity, with the help of which the subject of management influences the managed object. The organization is one of the most important functions of management. It allows not only to correctly organize any processes occurring at the enterprise (from production to marketing of finished products), but also to effectively manage the processes at the enterprise, to properly allocate material and labor resources.
