Organization of summer practice in biology at educational-experimental plots in contemporary conditions

Problem and goal. The article formulates and analyzes the problem of summer practice in biology organization in the conditions of implementing the Federal State Educational Standards of General Education. The purpose of the article is to identify and substantiate the features of the summer practice in biology organization, taking into account the current state of school educational and experimental plots. The research methodology consists in the study of legal documents in the field of general education, retrospective analysis of the problem, analysis and generalization of research works of domestic and foreign scientists, advanced experience of teaching biology to students in pedagogical areas of training. Results. The authors determined modern problems of the school educational-experimental plots functioning. Six stages of formation and development of school plots in Russia were revealed. The organization of work on school educational and experimental plots of several schools of the Novosibirsk region was analyzed and generalized. The description of the authors' program of summer practice in biology in the 6th grade is given. Some examples of the forms of activities within the summer practice were given. The characteristic of carrying out practice in small school was given. Conclusion. The organization of summer practice in the school educational and experimental area presented in the article contributes to the solution of a number of educational and experimental tasks in the conditions of implementing the Federal State Educational Standards of General Education. The descriptions of forms and methods of work on the organization of summer practice can be useful not only for teachers of biology, but also for teachers of additional education, students of pedagogical specialization in training.
