The organization of youth movement in Russia on the basis of the model of sports federation

The article compares the organization of work in the fields of sports and youth policy, proposes a new mechanism of public and state partnership in the implementation of state youth policy and the formation of youth movement in Russia, which is based on the formation of a registry of youth programmes at national, regional and municipal levels and the development of the mechanism of subsidizing youth public organizations that implement these programmes for youth.
