Organization of planning of development of rural areas in foreign countries

The article discusses the organization of rural development planning in foreign countries. It has been revealed that the most important unifying feature of the methods for developing plans for the socio-economic development of rural territories in the countries considered is the creation by the state of conditions for supporting the population and economic entities at a specific local level within the framework of initiative movements of local community groups and agricultural cooperatives.
