Organisation of assistance to children-orphans and children without parental care in Ulyanovsk region: achievements, problems and prospects

The article dicusses the phenomenon of social orphanhood. It mentions the statutory assistance to children-orphans and children without parental care in the Russian Federation and Ulyanovsk region. It also reveals the role of volunteerism in the psychological development of children living in residential care and volunteer activity of UlSU students.
