The organization the practician of students in higher education institutions of culture

The article considers the questions of organization practices on the creative departments in the universities of culture. The author draws attention to the need for informal, qualitative organization of practices, resulting in the formation of the best professional qualities of graduate students and the availability of possible employers to choose the most worthy, gifted, professionally trained graduates for work in cultural institutions.
