Practical experience organization for youth specialists under conditions of higher education modernization

The problem of content and methods of practical experience organization for students majoring as youth specialists is considered in the article. Features characterizing the process occurring during the period of transition are shown. Restructuring of the higher educational system is carried out in the context of competency approach.
