Formation of adaptation and integration process for new employees

The aims, tasks, questions and problems of employees adaptation process are examined in the article. The gist and necessity of managing adaptation, organizing of new employees integration are determined. the successful adaptation parameters are presented. Some tactics and arrangements, used in adaptation programme preventing/reducing fluctuation of employees, are clarified.
