The organization of production answers the question: how to produce? It is designed to identify effective relationships between the individual elements of the production and sales process and create conditions for increasing the competitiveness of products and the enterprise as a whole. The main task of the organization of production in production is a rational combination in space, in time and in the amount of living labour, the material elements of production, ensuring maximum profit and high competitiveness of products in the market.
