The organization of the psychiatric help to the population of Transbaikalian krai: problems and optimization ways at present time

Epidemiological indicators of mental health of the population of Transbaikalian Krai and organizational aspects of rendering of specialized help in region are presented in article. Problems of rendering of psychiatric help are reflected, possible prospects of development of psychiatric service in Transbaikalia with focus on medical-rehabilitation forms of rendering of the psychiatric help on the basis of a poly-professional, biopsychosocial approach are designated.
