Organization of the bank during maintenance operations with plastic cards

The article is devoted to the identification of factors contributing to the need to use software and hardware systems used in the banking sector for the issuance of cards, acquiring, processing services for electronic payment systems and deposit servicing. Also, the article describes the reasons for using the technology of modeling actual problems and the essence of the technology "workflow". The complex of considered solutions allows to assess those changes in the bank's operating technology, which, in the end, should lead to an increase in profits.
