The organization of the work of the mathematical study circle in the 5th grades of a general educational school in the conditions of updated education content

The article deals with the issues of the content of the mathematical study circle as a form of extracurricular work, focuses on the concepts of "extracurricular work", "mathematical study circle". The age, psychological and pedagogical characteristics of the learners of the fifth grade are introduced. The relevance of the research is that the organization of a circle on the subject of "mathematics" contributes to the deepening of learners' knowledge in the field of program material, the development of research skills, ingenuity, logical thinking. The problem of this study is to find effective forms of organization, methodological content of the circle work with the 5th grade learners on the example of MSI "Gymnasium No. 21" of the Education Department of the city of Rudny of the Department of Education of Kostanay region. The paper presents in detail forms and methods of work of study groups, experimental and practical organization of the work of the mathematical study circle "Entertaining mathematics".
