Work organization of independent centers for the sports prospects assessment as one of the directions of increasing the efficiency of training the sports reserve

The article reflects the most general results of a three-year experimental work of the Center for prospects assessing of the athletics sports reserve at the Russian State University of Physical Education, Sports, Youth and Tourism (RSUPESY&T). The characteristic is given to the organizational-normative and accounting-evaluative methodological regulations, formed and improved on the basis of the implemented approbation. The ways of the expanded use of these regulations in order to ensure the productive functioning of centers for assessing the prospects of athletes in other regions of the Russian Federation, as an example in the development of the necessary tools for creating and ensuring the effective operation of similar centers for the selection and assessment of the prospects of representatives of other sports of an athletic direction. Places and terms of placement of the developed and tested organizational and pedagogical technology in full and open access were announced.
