Working out the task on realization of legislation concerning placement of order for goods delivery, execution of work, rendering of services at the educational institution

The author of this article analyses the consequences of passing of Federal law About placement of order for goods delivery, execution of work, rendering of services for governmental and municipal needs. Being different from the previous one, it requires from educational institution to pay attention to this process.
