Organization of work in Russian territorial public prosecutor office in the context of public prosecutors'' Participation in the court of appeal on criminal cases

The article deals with organization of work in the Russian territorial public prosecutor offices in the context of public prosecutors' participation in the court of appeal on criminal cases. It is concluded that the activity of the public prosecutor office in the court of appeal on criminal cases should consider and introduce general specialization based on the categories of criminal cases, taking into account professional training of prosecutors and their previous work experience.
