Organization of independent work English students in secondary vocational organizations

The article is devoted to consideration of some peculiarities of organization of independent work of students in English language lessons. The main practical objectives of foreign language instruction in secondary vocational organizations are to improve and develop the skills and abilities of the students 'oral speech, to teach them to read adapted literature and to understand foreign speech. It is necessary to intensify the cognitive and thought activities of students in the lesson, in order to better learn and acquire certain skills and abilities in the study of a foreign language. An important means of activating students in the course of teaching a foreign language is properly organized independent work in the lesson and at home.
