The paper considered scheduling of independent assignments for students in the classroom serving for factor of shaping occupational mobility in College students. Independent assignments are regarded as an arrangement format, or a technique, or a learning tool, and a kind of learning activity. The survey outcomes have demonstrated that efficiency of independent work for College students may be attained while this assignment being one of the components of the course of learning with the time-period specially scheduled at each session, when assignments are carried on regularly and systematically, neither occasionally nor accidentally. Observance of the mentioned conditions and requirements shall be the only precondition, for the students acquire well-established skills and habits in performing different kinds of independent assignments, with accelerating pace of learning progress while training. Affordability and regularity shall be the most important for independent assignments, as well as interrelation of the concept with practices, gradual increase in difficulties, a creative zeal, and the differentiated approach to students.
