Resume: Additional education for children is an integral part of the education system of the Russian Federation. Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated May 7, 2012 No. 599 "On measures to implement state policy in the field of education and science" set the task to increase by 2020 to 70 -75 percent the share of children aged 5 to 18 years enrolled in additional general education programs, in the total number of children of this age.
