The article discusses the didactic possibilities of distance learning components in the organization of the educational process of the system of additional professional education. The analysis of what distance learning technologies are the basis of modern organization of additional professional education, representing a modified, more appropriate time needs technology, which is based on intense individual work of the student with the use of modern computer tools and communications, transmission of information.
