The article deals with theoretical approaches to the consideration of customer focus. Identified and characterized the main stages of creation of customer focus. Each stage requires the solution of tasks aimed at improving the loyalty and engagement of consumers. The analysis of approaches to development engagement and building relationships with consumers helped to highlight the four stages in the establishment chain relationships customer focus. Customer focus is also seen in the basic work standards of the organization.
