In market conditions, a new strategic management mechanism is required, based on foresight and research, taking into account and enhancing the motivation of people's activities. Ignoring the individual elements of the motivational mechanism can lead to inefficiencies in the economic mechanism. An understanding of the principles and foundations of motivation forms the basis of labor incentives and, as a result, allows the formation of a wage system in an enterprise that works to achieve results in the long term. Motivation is a complex mechanism, the subjects of which are individuals with different needs and goals. This feature requires a balanced approach to the construction and implementation of the motivational system. Moreover, the development of a motivation system should begin with a study of the basics of motivation, the assimilation of the laws of formation and development of the motivational mechanism.
