The organization of social security of student in South Urals of 1921-1929 years

The formation of universal primary education was accompanied by a decision of a number of organizational problems. One of the forms of attracting children to school was the social protection of students. The article marked the difficulties faced by the State and the public in the process of enrollment in the form of 1921-1929 years.
