Organization of the judicial system of the Russian Federation

The article examines the essence and content of the judicial system of the Russian Federation. For the purpose of its complete and comprehensive study, on the basis of the formulated features of the Russian judicial system, the concept of “judicial system” is analyzed, its content elements are determined, and the internal structure is studied.
