Organization of free time and leisure of those of elderly age, who live in the stationary establishments

Elderly people in Russian Federation are protected by a whole range of legislation aimed at ensuring their equality of opportunity in all spheres of life despite the psychophysiological and social changes they undergo. Designing an active may of the life of elderly people presupposes their own active involvement in the process. For this purpose, it is necessary not only to create optimum conditions, but also to facilitate overcoming of the age barrier, by actively involving elderly people into social space, by providing them with an access to educational, cultural, and spiritual values organizing their leisure.
