The modernization of production, the introduction of complex technologies, change the role and functions of the employee in the production system. Accordingly, relations in the system of labor organization become qualitatively different. Changes in organizational and internal production relations under the influence of scientific and technical progress determine the relevance of changing approaches to issues of labor organization. The article substantiates the relationship between the rational organization of labor and labor productivity. The emphasis is placed on labor motivation, as the most important factor in the growth of productivity and labor efficiency. The levels of employee motivation that affect the efficiency of enterprises are considered. An algorithm is proposed for the implementation of measures for the organization of labor aimed at improving the efficiency of enterprises.
