Organization management analysis

The article deals with the problems and prospects of the organization of management analysis and control in enterprises. Management analysis aims to transform the economic and non-economic information in a suitable order to be able to make managerial decisions. Such tasks as processing, study, generalization of facts, their systematization, conclusions, proposals, search for reserves, should be resolved within the framework of management analysis, designed to ensure the validity of management decisions and increase its effectiveness. Enterprises should apply effective forms of management, production management due to the limited resources of natural resources. An important role in the implementation of these tasks is played by the analysis of the main indicators of production and economic activity, as well as designations in the external and internal markets, the stability of the organization and its competitiveness.
