Organization of sustainable development of rural areas on the basis of the regional neo-endogenous model

Transformation processes occurring over the recent decades in agricultural regions of Russia has demanded new approaches to territorial development, in particular, application of neo-endogenous models of sustainable development of rural territories, combining endogenous resources and exogenous factors. The authors discuss how to overcome imbalances in the economic and legal system of the rural territories on the basis of indicative planning.
