The article outlines the role, place and importance of private court definition in the law enforcement practices of military organizations. The sequence and content of the algorithm of the military unit's command and other officials is revealed when the private court determination is received. The authors emphasize the possibility of appealing against the court's private rulings. On this basis, recommendations are made to improve this legal mechanism in the field of practical law enforcement.
