Organization of educational work with teenagers in a modern school

The article raises an important problem of educating the younger generation, where for successful life in a mobile and dynamic society, an individual must have a stable worldview and moral beliefs. The authors consider the main methods and system of educational activities with adolescents in the conditions of modern schools. The forms and functions of educational work implemented by the teaching staff in an educational organization are considered in detail. The main indicators of educational work as a type of activity are defined. Recommendations are given for the implementation of educational work in schools, which allow solving the problems of harmonious entry of adolescents into the social world and establishing responsible relationships with the people around them.
