The organization of educational work in the university, as a current psychological and pedagogical problem

We prove that the organization of educational work in a higher education institution is an important psychological and pedagogical problem and is based on the functioning of certain personal psychological mechanisms and patterns, which requires the development of special pedagogical support for the phenomenon under study in which it is necessary to focus on the psychological and pedagogical features of students as subjects of self-government.
