This article highlights the main features of the organization of employee wages in the conditions of distance employment, which, due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), is being introduced at the enterprise much more often. Of course, employers need to properly organize the wages of a remote worker, but how to do it correctly is currently poorly covered in the literature. The subject of analysis in the article is the salary of an employee in the conditions of remote employment. Possible forms of remuneration for labor of a remote worker, as well as incentive programs, have been analyzed. The key elements of the organization of wages of a remote worker are noted, which are necessary for the effective management of remote workers. An extremely important feature related to the travel of a teleworker to the head office was mentioned.
