Organizational culture as a factor of human capital development

Бесплатный доступ

The degree of individual talent and the employee's performance are not interrelated. One of the most difficult aspects of managing a workforce is managing the individual potentials of employees to achieve a collectively meaningful result. Employees' perception of work responsibilities largely depends on the psychological context, which should be formed purposefully, considering production tasks and based on the concepts of the company's organizational culture. Organizational culture should not be perceived only as a set of principles and ideal goals. In a work collective aimed at performing creative tasks, the purpose of organizational culture is to model the structures of industrial communication, to manage their complexity, to consider the possible antinomy and paradoxity of creative processes, to stimulate them both with material and, most importantly, with non-material means.
