Organizational culture as a factor controlling the behavior of the staff in the organization

The article considers the influence of organizational culture on the process of organization functioning. The authors prove that organizational culture is a special element of economic activity along with other factors of production. Therefore, the formation of an organizational culture and purposeful management of staff behavior is necessary for the successful functioning of the organization.
