Organizational culture of the company in the epoch of digitalization

With the advent and development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the idea that organizations must change is becoming pervasive. To deny the benefits of artificial intelligence is simply short-sighted. However, the digital transformation of any enterprise is a mandatory balance of technology and people. In the majority of studies only technical aspects are discussed. The purpose of this work is to correct the above error, because without the people working in the organization, all efforts aimed at introducing the latest technologies are fruitless. Therefore, in order to make it easier for the company's employees to accept technological changes, it is necessary to change the microclimate within the company, that is, its organizational culture. The article analyzes the very concept of ‘organizational culture’; considered the question: how to change the organizational culture, taking into account the latest requirements; named individual management methods that contribute to this process; a positive example of the introduction of artificial intelligence in PJSC Sberbank is given, the organizational culture of the British cellular operator Vodafone is considered, and the author's view on the phenomenon of ‘organizational culture’ is highlighted.
