Decoding the organizational culture of an enterprise is a complex problem that researchers face when they have collected a certain amount of information about the basic organization. You can waste a lot of time collecting unnecessary information, which will later be difficult to interpret if you deal with the problem of decrypting it is disconnected from the representatives of the organization under study. Therefore, an interesting method of decoding organizational culture, which was proposed by the founder of the study of organizational culture, American researcher Edgar Shein, has become widely known among researchers. He called his method «clinical examination». It is based on a series of interviews with third-party researchers and interested employees of the organization in order to identify collective basic concepts. More precisely, this approach is called «iterative clinical interview» by E. Shane. The main feature of this approach is that the researcher, receiving information from employees of the organization, constantly compares it, first, with his interpretation of this information, and, secondly, with the perception of employees of the organization of the conclusions that he makes in the course of research...
