Organizational culture of a higher educational institution of The ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation

The article considers the organizational culture as a component of educational environment of a higher educational institution of the MIA of Russia. The notion of organizational culture, the content of such organizational culture artifacts as traditions and ceremonies, norms and rules of educational institutions of MIA of Russia as well as the results of cadets' and stuff assessment of the type of organizational culture of a higher educational institution of the MIA of Russia and the difference between existing and preferred parameters in cadets' and stuff organizational culture perception are presented in the article.
