Organizational psychology

All that is understood as organization is unity, achievement of common goals, in simple words, a group of people engaged in a specific activity, work that provides a result that can only be achieved by an organized field of activity. It is believed that the organization arose when a person realized the limitation of his physical, biological, psychological and other opportunities to overcome difficulties, for example, in a particular job. This led people to form groups, collectives, organizations. People began to be united by a common goal, the similarity of work activities.
