The article discusses the general principles of the agglomeration of economic structures in the agro-industrial regions of specialization. Advised of the possibility of different ways of creating economic agglomeration at the moment. It is noted that the creation of agglomeration structures is possible with the participation of the state and is completely based on private initiative. Provides the organizational scheme of the economic agglomeration on the basis of the existing Russian legislation.
