Organizational and economic instruments of improving the social efficiency of employment on a micro level

The paper studies the necessity of forming a complex organizational and economic mechanism of social efficiency of employment in Belarusian companies. Social effectiveness is a result or a set of qualitative and quantitative indicators to improve the working conditions of employees, which will increase the working capacity and best using of the human capital of the organization and form on this basis economic, social competitive advantages in the short and long term. It was proved that the presuppositions and factors shaping the organizational-economic mechanism of social efficiency in modern conditions of employment are: formation of an economy based on knowledge, innovative economy when human capital becomes the main competitive advantage, social responsibility of organizations as well as special economic development of the Republic of Belarus. The theoretical basis is the concept of corporate social responsibility, the concept of quality of working life as well as the concept of segmentation of staff, which is a prerequisite for the personification of management actions and the individual differences of workers in achieving the organization''s objectives. The developed theoretical approaches to understanding the essence of organizational-economic mechanism of social efficiency of employment in Belarusian organizations allowed offering the following tools: differentiation of the social package, social responsibility, socially responsible release of personnel and development of social reporting. The results of the study were tested on a specific example of a Belarusian factory of light industry, which allowed revealing reserves of increasing social and economic efficiency of its activities.
