Organizational and economic mechanism for the development of mixed farming: methodological approaches to development

The article presents the main aspects of methodological approaches to the development of the organizational and economic mechanism for the development of mixed farming in Russia. The validity and relevance, the purpose and results of the ongoing scientific research are presented. The multistep algorithm for developing an organizational and economic mechanism is proposed. The organizational and economic mechanism for the development of mixed farming in Russia is considered as an interdependent set of basic elements in the form of components of organizational and economic impact that ensure sustainable development through direct and indirect methods and regulatory tools. The proposed mechanism is based on the following main points: key targets, structural and functional characteristics of the agricultural sector, reflecting the current trends and forecast parameters of the development of different categories of agricultural enterprises, factors of development of various agribusiness entities, directions for improving the organizational and economic mechanism for the development of multi-layered agriculture. An overall classification of factors influencing the development of mixed farming based on the emergence of a political-administrative, economic, technical-technological, natural-climatic and socio-demographic group is proposed. At the stage of determining and justifying key areas, it is necessary to take into account the principles of forming an organizational and economic mechanism that will allow you to identify benchmarks and achieve your goals. The key principles include: purposefulness, consistency, adaptability, parity, innovation, efficiency, consistency and complexity. The main directions of improving the organizational and economic mechanism for the development of mixed farming were: updating the forms and directions of state support for various categories of farms, providing conditions for increasing the innovation and technological efficiency of agricultural production, improving the policy of regulating land relations and foreign economic activity, improving institutions and mechanisms for interaction of all agricultural entities, strengthening integration and cooperation ties.
