Organizational and economic mechanism of management of innovative development of unified heat supply organizations

The process of improving the functioning and modernization of the domestic heat supply system, one of the active participants of which is the unified heat supply organization responsible for the strategic development of the heat supply system in the territory assigned to it, determines the need to introduce innovations into the organizations under consideration and the heat supply system as a whole. The management of innovative development of unified heat supply organizations is proposed to be considered from the standpoint of a systematic approach involving the relationship between the elements of the system and its main participants, which as a result of this study is presented in the form of an organizational and economic mechanism that includes a target, functioning and providing subsystems. The result of the study is also a detailed description of each of the subsystems of the organizational and economic management mechanism, within which the goal of innovative development of unified heat supply organizations is defined, a set of management methods for the process under consideration is proposed, and directions for integrating control elements of innovative development of unified heat supply organizations into the overall system of their strategic management are formed.
