The organizational and economic mechanism of a sustainable development of rural areas (on materials of the Omsk region)

At the present stage of development of one of the major is more whole than social and economic policy of the state creation of conditions for a sustainable development of rural areas is. The analysis of level of social and economic development of municipal regions of the Omsk region during 2009-2013 reduction of number of country people for 8.7%, and growth of coefficient of demographic loading - by 1.24 times. For the purpose of providing a sustainable development of rural areas of the region the organizational and economic mechanism representing a complex of the interconnected organizational, economic and administrative and managerial tools providing necessary conditions for effective functioning of the social and economic relations is offered. The role of Sector of monitoring of a sustainable development, interacting with organizational structures and information resources is shown. Regular monitoring allows to determine the social and economic capacity of rural areas and level of their stability.
